Kaila Hicks is an Indiana photographer. She is a senior at Northern Kentucky University pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in photography (expected graduation: 2022).
While her work primarily focuses on studio photography, Kaila also enjoys photographing nature. In her free time she takes hikes and captures the environment around her. Kaila emphasizes nature’s beauty with her camera and her keen eye for interesting plants and insects.
When she’s not frolicking in the forest with her camera, Kaila works in her home studio. She experiments with a variety of subjects including herself. Her main focus with studio photography is the use of color and vibrancy.
